Russell Stone Products has completed projects of all shapes and sizes around the globe! Our World Renowned Stone can be seen from the Capital Building in Washington D.C. to Penn State University to the most intimate custom home projects that we have crafted.
The sandstone provided for the United States Capitol Visitor center was our light-colored Bloom Run® sandstone. It was utilized on the walls with a honed and polished finish.
This airport features both our Bloom Run® and Roaring Run® stone. A great display of our rock faced and polished stone panels can be seen during a visit to this international airport. Air Force one has landed at the Scranton/Wilkes Barre International Airport carrying United States Presidents Bill Clinton, George Bush, and Barack Obama.
This stunning residential home showcases some of the highest quality stone craftsmanship that you will see anywhere in the world! This beautifully crafted home features Russell’s Roaring Run® and Bloom Run® stone, custom cut for panels, surrounds, pillars, pavers, treads and MORE! The beauty of the stones veining is unique and a total of 300 tons was used on the various applications on this project.
One of our most popular items is our Solid Stone Bench Seating Line. Solid Stone Benches provide a long-lasting dual solution to your everyday needs. Either as recreational or safety barriers they can be used at Business Centers, Parks, University, or other recreational areas. This project was for Penn State University which utilizes a special blend of our Bloom Run® and Roaring Run® stone on all their projects.
Our natural stone in its rugged form was used to create a healing garden for Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College Pa. A combination of our Roaring Run® and Bloom Run® was used to create these unique designs. The therapeutic garden is about providing a place of refuge and respite for patients, visitors, and staff that’s accessible to everyone.
We are proud to have worked with Mitchell Associates Architects on the City of Peekskill, New York's new fire headquarters. Construction included a two story 30,000 square foot building to consolidate 5 existing facilities and includes up-to-date safety features. Both Roaring Run® and Bloom Run® Stone sawn and split were used in a variety of applications on this project.
Our Roaring Run stone was used on the original structure in 1919 and the same stone was used a few years ago for a recent addition. The stone for the panels on the new addition was machine split and rock faced. Stone from our Bloom Run Quarry was used for the STEPS THAT ROCKY RAN UP.
Bloom Run and Roaring Run stone was used for the project in front of the Frank G. Pogue Student center. A 300-foot-long natural stone path leads to a 20’round pool and stone map of Scotland surrounded by 16 standing stones that are 10 feet tall. This creation celebrates the strength of their Scottish heritage and traditions. The map is accurately orientated to the north, south, east, and west.
