Russell Stone Products has completed projects of all shapes and sizes around the globe! Our World Renowned Stone is seen everywhere from the Capital Building in Washington DC, right down to the most intimate Custom Home Projects that we have crafted. We take pride in being the VERY BEST in our trade. Our reputation has evolved through our history of Quality and Satisfaction as you can see through some of our featured projects below. The Campus Commons at Alvernia houses a two-story fitness center, a dance and aerobics studio, and a campus living room that can accommodate more than 100 students for leisure activities, study and programs. It has become a central hub of student life on campus and we are proud to have been a part of this great project.

Fort Indiantown Gap was selected as the national cemetery for the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia. Recent expansion projects included interment shelters, memorial walls and improvements to the front entrance as seen here.

The famed Nittany Lion sits inside the cozy Lionís Lair in the middle of Penn State University. Surrounded by a variety of stone cuts, designs, steps, and risers - this artistic marvel draws hundreds of thousands of visitors annually!

Princeton Chapel at Princeton University - One of the largest chapels in the world and a showcase of our stone that spans nearly 100 years... Originally built in the 1920ís from our Roaring Run Stone the Chapel is known the world around. A restoration and renovation project in 2004 with more Roaring Run Stone earned the prestigious Tucker Award in Stone Magazine.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport - Air Force One has landed with Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama at this beautiful site. The Airport features both our Bloom Run and Roaring Run Stone. A great display of our rock faced as well as polished stone panels can be seen during a visit to this international port of travel.

New Castle Street Scape - The New Castle Street Scape Project features a number of our products and capabilities. A masterpiece of Sawn Bed Ashlar, it also shows our Pier Caps, Treads, Water Features, Boulders, Lighting, Chainwork, and more!

Capitol Visitors Center - Washington D.C. - For the walls of the Capitol Visitor Center, light colored Bloom Run sandstone was placed. The sandstone was then finished off with a honed and polished finish. One of the Biggest Projects Ever at Russell Stone Products!

Dickinson School of Law at Penn State - The Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University was another great project. The new constuctionís exterior walls, retaining walls, and steps consisted of Roaring Run Stone. A true combination of Modern Architecture and Traditional Techniques.

H.O. Smith Botanic Gardens at Penn State - A blend of Bloom Run and Roaring Run Sandstone, that was machine split, was used for the exterior of the structure, retaining walls, steps, and fountain. Boulders from both quarries were also used throughout the landscaping of the gardens.

Metro at Midtown Fountain - This project featured sandstone from the Bloom Run Quarry. Thin stone veneer was used for the walls, massive stone blocks were cut for the splash pool, and curved bench cap on the seat wall.

Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center - Roaring Run stone was used as honed panels on both the interior and the exterior of the building. On the floors, Roaring Run stone was sandblasted and made into pavers.

Salamander Resort and Spa - Virginia - This project featured sandstone from the Bloom Run Quarry. Thin stone veneer was used for the walls, massive stone blocks were cut for the splash pool, and curved bench cap on the seat wall.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art - The original structure was made of Roaring Run stone in 1919, and we used that very same stone for a recent addition to the structure. On the new addition, we featured machine split and rock faced panels. The STEPS THAT ROCKY RAN UP are from the Bloom Run Quarry.

Pennsylvania Visitor Center - Mansfield - We take pride in all of our Pennsylvania Visitor Center Projects! Roaring Run stone was used as honed panels on both the interior and the exterior of the Mansfield Project. On the floors, Roaring Run stone was sandblasted and made into pavers.

A Custom Home By Russell Stone Products - This home used Roaring Run Sandstone for the exterior walls, window sills and surrounds, chimney knees and caps, and all the trim work. Paver stone was used inside and out with a book matched pattern as a focal point in the center of the room. The exterior of this home features some of our best sawn bed ashlar work.

Another Custom Home by Russell Stone - This home used Bloom Run Sandstone for the exterior walls, window sills, wall caps, and all the trim work. The design was a random stone pattern that was crafted specifically to the owners one of a kind specifications.

CNB Bank Branch Offices - Pennsylvania - Our work with the CNB Bank features a number of our different products and processes. A mix of our Bloom Run Sandstone has been integrated into their overall brand image with its consistent natural color. Their branches are seen throughout Western PA.

Nature Inn at Bald Eagle - The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle is one of our more renowned projects. The natural setting and surrounding landscape provide the perfect accents to our custom stone work. Inside and out, a true showcase of our quality craftsmanship.

Shady Side Presbyterian Church - Another renowned project was the recently renovated Shady Side Presbyterian Church. It is always a treasured project when you are challenged to cross generations in matching craftsmanship and themes, and the results of this project were amazing!

Edinboro University - Stones at the Highlands - Situated in front of the Frank G Pogue Student Center, this creation celebrates the strength of their Scottish heritage and traditions. Featuring 16 standing stones at 10' tall, a 20' round pool with a stone map of Scotland (accurately oriented to the north,south,east, and west), along a 300' long natural stone path... it is awesome!
